RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)
As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the product.

RETURNS
In addition to the legal withdrawal period, we accept returns up to thirty (30) days from the purchase date.
Returned items must be:
- New and unused
- In their original condition
- With all original packaging, tags, and labels attached

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw, or after we have received the returned goods.
- The refund will include the original standard shipping costs (if applicable).
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise.
You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
