We try to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Products that are in stock are usually sent within 2 business days, while items that are out of stock may take up to 3 weeks to be delivered.
Please note that these timeframes exclude holidays.
Our warranty covers defects in the product, but not 3D printing artifacts that meet our Quality Control standards.
Examples like visible layer lines, minor surface irregularities, or other typical 3D printing characteristics are not covered.
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for defective items.
